RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
Palm Island Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager for the day-to-day Operation of 2 Bars and Restaurants on the Island. The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible and able to think on their feet.
Have a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts - Caribbean
Must be able to upgrade the Restaurant & Bar Operation and maintain high Standards of Health, Safety and Sanitation (HAACP/Serve Safe)
Strong Leadership skills with a commitment to achieving results and control the costs
Exceptional service standards with attention to detail and entertaining personality to keep our guests happy
Possess strong Management, Organization, Communication & Customer Service Skills
Computer Literate
Hands on, able to train the team to reach our required Standards
Dedicated, passionate, hard worker
Able to function under pressure
Able to live and work on remote Island
Position available immediately with a single Accommodation
Candidacy available only for Caricom National
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
