Title: Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support our organization in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program activities, managing program budgets, and ensuring program goals are met on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement program plans and timelines.
• Coordinate program activities and ensure timely execution of program tasks.
• Develop and manage program budgets and track program expenses.
• Monitor program progress and prepare status reports.
• Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program team members and stakeholders to identify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure program compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate program evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and maintain program documentation and records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Project Management. • Proven experience working as a Program Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Familiarity with program management principles and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and adjust plans accordingly.
Preferred:
• Experience in a nonprofit or government agency.
• Knowledge of grant management and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with data analysis and program evaluation techniques.
