PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT MANAGER
Palm Island Resort & Spa is searching for a dedicated, dynamic, proactive, hands-on Property Accountant Manager to oversee the Administration of all the Financial Aspects of the Operation of the Company and its Property; to ensure that all Company Policies and Procedures are observed; to prepare and distribute Monthly Management Accounts and Annual budgets and prepare the Financial Statements for Annual Audit.
‘Monthly Management Accounts.
‘Accounts Payables & Receivables.
‘Bi-weekly & Monthly Payrolls.
‘Reporting on Capital Expenditures.
‘Suppliers Payment.
‘Private Homeowners Accounts Statements.
‘Preparation of the Annual Budgets.
‘Year-end Financial Statements for Annual Audit.
‘Oversee the Warehouse Operation.
‘Cost Control Knowledge.
‘Knowledge in Projects / Construction is a plus.
‘Ability to work under pressure and respect the Deadlines.
ACCA Qualification or Degree in Accounting is required.
Previous Experience in a similar Resort and Environment is essential.
The Position is suitable for a Single Person, used to work & live on Remote Islands.
Position available immediately.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
