Professional Qualifications Required
• Level 2 ACCA or equivalent. • Supervisory experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced accounting environment. • Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Excel. • Ability to meet stringent deadlines. • Ability to work both independently and as a team member. • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to be professional in all aspects. • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask. • Knowledge and working experience with SAGE will be an asset • Working in similar capacity between 3-5 years will be an asset

Job Description
The incumbent will be required to assist the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Department where necessary

Job Details / Responsibilities
§  repare draft monthly management accounts

§  Prepare General Journals where applicable

§  Reconcile Key Accounts

§  Maintain monthly Fixed Asset Register

§  Verify ALL Monthly Reconciliations

§  Verify Edit Reports for Accounts Payable

§  Prepare monthly Sale Invoice

§  Intercompany Reconciliation

§  Generate Reports and updating various spreadsheets

§  Assist with Monthly Budgets

§  Verify Fortnightly Payroll

§  Prepare Value Added Tax bi-monthly

§  Prepare Quarterly Taxes

§  Prepare yearly returns for filing to regulatory bodies

§  Cashier/Treasurer Relief when required

§  Prepare weekly reports (Packaging and bulk sales report, Inventory (Bulk & Packaging) and Packing Inventory Transfer)

§  Supervise Finance Staff

§  Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Financial Officer/Executive Directors
