Job Description
• The Sales Executive will focus on securing orders (with sound profit margins) for the purchase of Domus uPVC Products for larger projects within the region • Reports to DWAD’s Sales Manager
Job Details / Responsibilities
To develop and execute a sales plan to be approved by the DWAD Chief Executive Officer
To source prospective customers that meet the parameters outlined in the sales plan
To supervise the creation of customer quotes using the Domus PrefSuite computer-integrated-management system, and to ensure their accuracy and ability to meet specific customer needs
To close orders, secure deposits and ensure collection of funds due from customers
To maintain a strong customer service relationship with customers during the production, delivery, installation and post-installation periods
To ensure the appropriate Company resources are brought to bear in order to create a high level of customer satisfaction
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product and pricing strategies which may aid in remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies/networking
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Demonstrate project ownership by managing change orders, design reviews, and site work completion
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction whilst maintaining the Company’s reputation
Demonstrate a high presentation skill level with the ability to ensure key clients are engaged
Must be willing to travel regionally
Continuously improve through feedback
Such other responsibilities as assigned by management
