We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to perform a
variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping
financial records updated, preparing reports and
reconciling bank statements. You will also run
accounting software programs to process business
transactions, like accounts payable and receivable,
disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

As Candidates, some responsibilities are:
Entering financial data into books, spreadsheets or
accountancy software.

Keeping financial records organized and easy to
access.

Locating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders
and other financial records.

Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and
statements.

Paying wages, paying suppliers and releasing money
for refunds.

Reconciling accounts at regular intervals (usually
once-per-month)

Providing financial data or reporting to management for
audit purposes.

Function in accordance with established standards,
procedures and applicable laws.

Requirement
Interested Applicants Must Have at least 2 Years’
Experience as an Accounts Clerk or in accounting field.
Passes In Five [5] Gce Ordinary/level/cxc/csec
Ordinary Level Subjects Including English Language
and Mathematics at General Proficiency Grades 1, 2 Or
3 With A Minimum Of 2 Subjects at Grade 3
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an
Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting
procedures
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting
software (Business Central )
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial
reports
Excellent organizational and time management skills

$4000.00 - $5,000.00 a month
