Job Description:  The administrative assistant will provide administrative support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Must familiarize themselves with a variety of field’s concept, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and emails to ensure that all their duties are completed accurately, in a timely manner and with high quality. Responsible for managing confidential and time-sensitive material. May be required to direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of department.

Qualifications: 

BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience: 0-2 years working experience in the field or related area with experience in one or more of the following:
Sales
Customer Service
Accounts
Job scheduling
Payment collections

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls
Required to prepare, review and issue reports, proposals and invoices to clients and suppliers
Responsible for filing and archiving management reports and related documents
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Book travel arrangements
Order office supplies
Research and prepare presentations
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Take accurate minutes of meetings
