Essentia Ltd seeks to hire a Human Resource Administrative Assistant for the HR Department. Applicants must have at least three (3) years experience and HR certification.
The Principal Functions of the Position are:
▪️Prepare HR correspondences as directed by Management.
▪️ Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
▪️ Maintain hardcopy and electronic records of employees.
▪️ Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
▪️ Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
▪️ Assist with performance management procedures.
▪️ Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
▪️ Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
▪️ Participate in orientations and conduct drug testing.
▪️ Maintain HR inventory including uniform stock and security equipment.
▪️ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to management.
▪️ Submit HR documentation to Accounts for payroll processing.
▪️ Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
▪️ Any other duties that are related to the afore-mentioned duties.
